Do I need a tablet or new hardware?
No. Orders ring on any phone — yours and your staff’s. Repeat alarms and an unattended-order watchdog make sure nothing slips by, even during a rush.
When do I get paid?
Every Tuesday, automatically, for the previous Mon–Sun. Your weekly statement shows sales, Masigo’s fee, HST and your net.
What does it really cost?
$0 monthly. A 10% fee applies only to orders that come through Masigo — card processing included. Walk-in sales are untouched, and you can cancel anytime.
Who sets up my menu?
We do. Send us your menu (even a photo of it) and our team builds it — items, photos, categories and options — then shows your staff the counter flow before you go live.
What about refunds and no-shows?
Customers get an automatic full refund any time before you accept an order. After that, refunds are one tap in your console — and unaccepted orders auto-refund so nobody gets charged for coffee that was never made.
