You set the goal and the reward, your colour, your stamp icon. Every pickup stamps automatically. The reward arrives as a $0 order with a pickup code, and Masigo charges nothing on it.

Both plans pay the same 10% on app orders, before tax and tip, card processing included. In-store sales are never charged. Customers pay a small service fee of $0.30 + HST per order; it never comes out of your payout.

Masigo Pro included for your first 3 months. We set up your menu with you, print your counter sheet, and give you a named onboarding contact for 90 days. In return we ask for photos on at least half your menu, the Masigo poster at the register, and that you tell your regulars for the first two weeks.

Do I need a tablet or new hardware?
No. Orders ring on any phone or tablet you already have. One shared counter login, a 4-digit PIN per barista, repeat alarms until someone accepts, and a watchdog that refunds an order nobody picked up.
What does it really cost?
Standard is $0 a month. Both plans pay 10% on app orders, before tax and tip, card processing included. In-store sales are never charged. Pro is $39 a month per location, included free during your founding months, and month to month after.
When do I get paid?
Every Tuesday, automatically, for the previous Monday to Sunday, straight to your bank through Stripe. The weekly statement itemizes sales, Masigo’s fee, HST and your net.
Who sets up my menu?
We do. Send us your menu, even a photo, and our team builds items, photos, categories and modifiers in the Merchant console. You can edit everything yourself afterwards.
What about refunds and no-shows?
Customers get an automatic full refund any time before you accept. After that, a refund is one tap. Orders nobody accepts are refunded automatically, so no one pays for a coffee that was never made.
Can I post events and promotions?
Yes, on every plan. Each event has a start and end date and is checked by Masigo before customers see it, so the feed stays worth opening. Standard runs one event at a time for up to 14 days; Pro runs three for up to 30 days.
Can I leave?
Any time. There is no contract. Pro switches off at the end of the month, and nothing is deleted.
